The Oasis Provides Treatment That Helps You Find The Source of Your Addiction

Substance use disorders often have underlying causes such as trauma, codependency, depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues.  Answering the question “Why do I do what I do?” can help you develop a compassionate relationship with yourself, helping you see where your motivations and existing coping skills come from. With that answer, you can begin to understand your thoughts, emotions, and actions. That self-understanding will help you tap into your personal values and mission to make changes in your life that will support recovery. 

Our expert clinicians will work with you on an assessment, during which we create a treatment plan that will most effectively address your needs. Taking this collaborative approach and incorporating a Stages of Change approach helps us create a comprehensive treatment plan that makes use of therapy modalities like CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and group therapy. 

Our evidence-based treatments work best with repetition, so our clients will have five process groups a week, and one and a half individual sessions a week with an individual therapist. Since recovery is often a full-family pursuit, we also offer the option of having family sessions.
